Payment due
Items must be paid in full upon invoice from EREF. Ritchie Bros will not collect any payment on behalf of EREF.
Removal day
Items may be claimed at the direction of EREF once payment has been made in full.
Storage & Abandonment
Purchases not picked up by the removal deadline may be moved and subject to third-party hauling and our storage fees. If not removed within 30 days after the auction event ends, our storage fees will apply. Purchases left more than 45 days after the auction event will be considered abandoned.
