Pickup Requirements:
- 24-48 hours' notice is required for all pickups.
- Items must be removed within 14 days of payment to avoid abandonment.
- Items may be located at a different location within 5 miles of the facility. Directions will be provided at pickup, if applicable.
- The buyer or transport company must provide a copy of the GovPlanet Item Release Form to authorize the release of the item.
- Buyers must arrive prepared with the appropriate equipment for removal, such as detachable trailers, Landoll trailers, ramps, or rollbacks.
- Loading assistance may be provided at the yard manager's discretion.
- Buyers are responsible for obtaining all required hauling permits.
- All shipping, transportation, and removal arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- The seller is not responsible for any damage that occurs during loading or transportation.
- Vehicles marked as "unsafe" cannot be driven off the property.
- All associated accessories/items (e.g., plows, attachments with trucks) must be removed during pickup.
