Ritchie Bros. along with Nations Capital, LLC ("Nations") will be managing the sale of Yellow Corp.'s rolling stock assets. Direct, non-auction sales will be offered before any assets move to our live and online auction formats.

We will utilize the expansive footprint of both Ritchie Bros. and IAA facilities to manage the relocation, transportation, inventory, storage and sale of the Yellow Corp. rolling stock assets - approximately 60,000 units. The inventory consists of very large quantities of Van Trailers, Refrigerated Trailers, Flatbed Trailers, S/A Day Cab Truck Tractors, T/A Day Cab Truck Tractors, T/A Sleeper Truck Tractors, S/A Sleeper Truck Tractors, Van Trucks, Spotter Trucks, Dollies, Cushion Tire Forklifts, Electric Forklifts, Storage Containers, Pickups, Cargo Vans, Utility Trucks, Scissor Lifts, Cab and Chassis, and Mobile Offices located across the United States and Canada at over 300 terminal locations will be sold.

We will be selling assets via live and online auction after offering other non-auction direct sales formats, such as Marketplace-E and private sales.
