Winners Circle - CWA Regina, SK, CAN

Brian has been a horse puller for 22 years. His helpers are his Dad John and brother Drew Martin. Buc and Crash have been a team for a year. Brian has been competing at Agribition for about 20 years. Highlights include winning Agribition a couple of times and also at Calgary Stampede.

Buddy Prouse started racing chariots and chuckwagons with the EPCCA circuit in 2010. He lives on a ranch south of Invermay Saskatchewan • where he runs a cow/calf operation consisting of commercial females and purebred Charolais and Salers. They host an annual bull sale at their farm in February. He also rides • trains and sells ranch and performance horses. Buddy is excited to be a mini chuckwagon driver during the CWA rodeo. The ponies on Buddy's team are Rocky • Chip • Jack and Reno.

Clayton Hawreluik is from Sheho SK. He is the owner and operator of the Hawreluik Racing Group. Clayton started racing in 1992 with the EPCCA and started racing mini chuckwagons in 1995. Attending rodeos from Williams Lake B.C to St-Tite Quebec. He is a livestock auctioneer and along with his girlfriend Julia Meyerhans they operate a mixed cattle and grain operation. Clayton would like to thank the CWA for giving him the opportunity to be a part of their show. The ponies on Clayton's team are Rip • Cash • Tango and Chief.

Tanner Hawreluik is 15 years old and started racing chariots in 2023 in the EPCCA circuit. He is a 2nd generation chariot driver • who had a very successful rookie year. Tanner enjoys hunting • snowmobiling and quading in the off season. Tanner is grateful and very excited to be a mini chuckwagon driver during the CWA rodeo. The ponies on Tanner's team are Echo • Ron • Fire and Chilly.

Kelvin Hawreluik started his racing career in 1988 • outriding for the big wagons and racing chariots and chuckwagons with the EPCCA. Racing all over Saskatchewan and Manitoba with the highlight of driving at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Fort Worth Stock Show. Kelvin is a community pasture manager and brand inspector. He operates a third generation mixed farm along with his wife Shauna and his children Kierra • Tatum and Tanner. Kelvin is excited to be involved in the CWA rodeo. The ponies on Kelvin's team are Dynamite • Flash • Jet and Rocket.

Jeff has been a horse puller for 6 years. His son Jayden will be helping him. Rock & Stanley are in their first year pulling together. Jeff has been competing at Agibition for 5 years. Highlight includes winning Class of Class at Calgary Stampede with his son.

Wayne has been a horse puller for 16 years. Ervin Schultz or his daughter Stephanie will be his helpers. Fred and Barney are 6 years old. Wayne has been competing at Agribition for 16 years. Highlights include winning Yorkton Harvest Showdown earlier this month. He had a good summer pulling.

Randy has been horse pulling for 12 years. His daughter Sarah Molnar will be his helper. Doc and Dusty have been a team for 5 months. Randy has been competing at Agribition for 12 years. Highlights include pulling at the Calgary Stampede. He has won Teamster Awards at both Agribition and Calgary Stampede.

Ron has been a horse puller for 31 years. His helpers are his son Ryan or grandsons Clay or Hoyt Sebastian. Cap & Jeff have been pulling together for 2 years. Ron has been competing at Agribition for 29 years. Highlight includes winning Agribition last year with this team.

Ken has been a horse puller for 15 years. His son John Roy will be his helper. Bob & Doc have been a team for 3 years. Ken has been competing at Agribition for 5 years. Highlights include winning the Heavyweight class at Calgary Stampede in 2021. This year he has placed first in 3 out of 4 pulls.

Kim has been a horse puller for 17 years. His helper is Mason Tourand. Sam is 14 years old and Rusty is 10 years old. Both are Champion Horse Pullers. Kim just put them together as a team and they have been pulling together for 2 months. Kim has been competing at Agribition for 16 years. Highlights include winning weight classes at Agribition in 2010 and 2015. He was also awarded the Horse Pulling Teamster Award at Agribition in 2015 • 2017 and 2018. Kim also won the Teamster Award called the Class of the Class at the Calgary Stampede in 2006 • 2007 and 2013.

Ron has been a horse puller for 31 years. His helpers are his son Ryan or grandsons Clay or Hoyt Sebastian. Dan and Skinner are pulling their first pull together. Ron has been competing at Agribition for 29 years. Just being at another competition is a highlight.

Ryan has been a horse puller for 10 years. His helper is Cheryl Lewis. Leroy (Blonde) and Boozer (Bay) have been a team for 4 years. Ryan has been competing at Agribition for 7 years. Highlight would include placing second at World Percheron Congress in Des Moines • Iowa in 2018.

Ron has been a horse puller for 32 years. His helpers are his son Ryan or grandsons Clay or Hoyt Sebastian. LD and Cecil have pulled together for 2 years. Ron has been competing at Agribition for 29 years. Winning any of the big pulls has always been a highlight at Agribition or Calgary Stampede.

Norm has been pulling for 40 plus years. His helper is Kim Hewalo. Spike and Bud have been a team for 4 years. Norm has been competing at Agribition for 40 plus years. Highlights include all the fun he's had over the years attending pulls all over. It's fun to win. He has enjoyed all the pulls and socializing with all fellow competitors. He was second at Yorkton Harvest Showdown earlier this month.

Randy has been a horse puller for 12 years. Blair is driving and his wife Michelle will be helping him. Cash & Barney have been driven together for 2 years but this is only their second Horse Pull together. They are only 4 years old. Randy has been competing at Agribition for 12 years. Highlights include competing at Calgary Stampede and winning Teamster Award at both Agribition and Calgary Stampede.

Jordon has been a horse puller for 5 years. His helper is Jonny Luster. Andy and Dillion started pulling together in the spring. Jordon has been competing at Agribition for 4 years. Highlight includes placing second at Calgary Stampede.
