The CIM Charity Auction will be conducted January 22, 2025 at 1:00 pm.
Terms of payment
Please DO NOT pay Ritchie Bros. An invoice will be emailed to you with payment instructions within 72 hours of the close of the auction. The following forms of payment will be accepted: check, credit card (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or wire transfer.

Payment due
Items must be paid in full by Thursday, January 30, 2025. Items cannot be collected until paid for in full.
Removal day
Items must be removed by Thursday, February 6, 2025. Pickup instructions will be provided once items are paid
Transaction fees
Successful buyers will be required to pay a buyer transaction fee
About transaction fees
Storage & Abandonment
Purchases not picked up by the removal deadline may be moved and subject to third-party hauling and our storage fees. If not removed within 30 days after the auction event ends, our storage fees will apply. Purchases left more than 45 days after the auction event will be considered abandoned.
