You can collect your auction purchases as soon as your invoice is paid in full. For safety reasons, equipment can only be loaded out after the auction ends and is only permitted during daylight hours.

Use your own transportation provider or find a user-rated transport company at a competitive price using our online shipping service (though uShip).

Each auction site has its own specific delivery and pick up information. Look for the following information under the auction details on our website. Look for the Equipment delivery and pick up link. You will need this information when you arrange pick up and transportation:

  • auction site hours
  • truck entrance location
  • loading dock dimensions
  • equipment type and specs

On the day of pick-up, ensure you have or your transportation provider has the following:

  • original item release ticket – issued by the auction site when your invoice is paid in full
  • export documentation, if you are buying from an international auction
  • bill of lading
  • the right size and type of truck, trailer, etc.
  • items for securing the load, e.g. strapping, chains

Equipment will not be released until all required paperwork is provided.

Read these safety tips or provide these tips to your transportation provider before picking up and loading out equipment from our auction sites.

If you have any questions about picking up equipment, contact the auction site directly.
