Successful bidders will be required to submit a $5,000 earnest money deposit (certified funds made out to yourself) upon being awarded an auction lot.
Bidders who have pre-qualified and obtained an auctioneer/seller approved commitment letter from
a financial institution (lender) will be eligible for a reduced earnest money deposit
(certified funds made out to yourself) of $1,000. Commitment letters must state that the buyer is able to
close 30-45 days after the auction. See
