Homes are sold without contingencies (financing, inspection etc). Bidders are expected to have done their own due diligence and determined the suitability and condition of the property before the auction.
Successful bidders will be required to submit a $5,000 earnest money deposit (certified funds made out to yourself) upon being awarded an auction lot. Bidders who have pre-qualified and obtained an auctioneer/seller approved commitment letter from a financial institution (lender) will be eligible for a reduced earnest money deposit (certified funds made out to yourself) of $1,000.
