Get pre-approved financing
Successful bidders will be required to submit a $5,000 earnest money deposit certified funds made out to yourself upon being awarded an auction lot.
Bidders who have pre-qualified and obtained an auctioneer/seller approved commitment letter from
a financial institution (lender) will be eligible for a reduced earnest money deposit
of $1,000. Commitment letters must state that the buyer is able to
close 30-45 days after the auction. All commitment letters from institutions other
than those listed below must submitted by fax to 1.604.273.7562 on or before
Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. central time to be considered. See
