We've moved to our new Houston auction site in 2009 located at 15202 Eastex Fwy. Our auction location on I-10 is now surplus and will be sold by unreserved public auction. Four parcels, totaling over 40 acres, will be sold to the highest bidders.
A 1% real estate administration fee will be added to the final winning bid price and included on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
