Paying for online purchases

Following the auction, we will send you an invoice via email detailing your purchases, payment options and load-out instructions. Please note:

  • An internet purchase fee of 2% fee will be added to every lot purchased online (to a maximum of 500 per lot in the currency of the auction). A separate and additional administrative fee of 10% will be added to the purchase price of any item selling for 2,500 or less (in the currency of the auction).
  • Lots selling for under 10,000 (in the currency of the auction): payment is due in full on the day of the auction.
  • Lots selling for 10,000 and above (in the currency of the auction): a deposit equal to 25% of the purchase price must be paid on auction day, with full payment due within seven (7) calendar days of the auction.
  • Equipment cannot be removed from the auction site until full payment is received.
  • Payment can be made by wire transfer, or by Visa or MasterCard for auctions in Canada, the United States, Australia, Dubai and most European countries. See our Online Payment Service for more information about paying by credit card.

Collecting online purchases

Once you've paid for your purchases in full, you can collect your equipment from the auction site and put it straight to work! Check out the auction details page for site hours. You can also find contact information for independent finance providers and transportation companies in that region.

Online Bidding Software

We’ve made some enhancements to our online bidding service.

Please note: you must install the new 2009 online bidding software in order to bid or view an auction online. Please install the software well in advance of the auction to avoid any technical issues. Previous versions of the rbauctionBid-Live online bidding software must be replaced.
