Your Obligations

1.

In order to register and bid in a Ritchie Bros. Auction using the rbauctionBid-Live service, you must read and accept the Bidder's Registration agreement. By clicking ACCEPT, you agree to all the terms and conditions specified.

2.

The security of the rbauctionBid-Live service relies on the secrecy of your Express Bidder Personal Identification Number (PIN). Treat your Express Bidder PIN the same as you would your banking card PIN - never disclose it to anyone and don't write it down. If anyone else knows your PIN, they may be able to access the system using your identity. You are fully responsible for all purchases made with your Express Bidder Number and PIN. If you've forgotten your PIN, or would like to get a new one, contact Ritchie Bros. customer service at 1-800-211-3983.

3.

As with all Ritchie Bros. auctions, you are expressly forbidden from bidding on any equipment you have consigned to the auction, whether on behalf of yourself or by a third party on behalf of you.

4.

All bids submitted using the rbauctionBid-Live service are final and irrevocable. If you click the bid button you are submitting a binding bid in the amount displayed in the bid button. If you are the high bidder and the auctioneer sells the lot to you, you are the new owner of the lot.

5.

As a user of the rbauctionBid-Live service, we must be able to contact you at the contact telephone number you provided during your auction registration. If you are not available at that number, Ritchie Bros. reserves the right to suspend your rbauctionBid-Live access until such time that you can be reached.
