Real Estate Terms
Successful bidders must sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement made available upon request and submit a 5% non-refundable deposit (personal checks accepted) to Carrington Title Partners on sale day, with the remainder to be paid at Closing. Closing shall take place on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following the auction unless otherwise agreed to in writing. This is a cash sale on an as-is basis and is not contingent on purchaser's ability to obtain financing.
