How to Create an Account

First, sign up for an rbauction.com account – it's free! Click on the Create an Account link at the top of your screen, then enter the following information:

• Your email address, secure password and security question and answer
• Your language preference
• Your contact information

Already have an account? Go to Step 4 below.

Click "Yes" next to "Activate Online Bidding." Enter some information that is used to verify your identity and finalize your invoice when you bid and buy online. Choose your preferred currency.

You will be given an initial maximum online bidding limit when you activate your account. You can request an increase at any time by contacting our customer service group. Please note that a refundable deposit may be required prior to bidding.

Click in the check boxes to indicate that you agree to the online bidding and web site terms of use, and then click Create account to continue.

We'll send you email confirmation when you create your account. It can take up to one business day to process an online bidding account.

Check your email and click the link to confirm your address and finalize the creation of your account.

Once you've created your account and activated online bidding, you're ready to register to bid in upcoming auctions. If this is your first time bidding online, make sure you register a few days in advance of the auction. Find out how to register.
 

If you already have an account, but have not activated online bidding: sign in, then click on your account name under Manage Accounts in the My Profile section of your account.

Below your contact information for each account in Manage Accounts, you will see the option to Activate online bidding. Click Yes. Enter some information that is used to verify your identity and finalize your invoice when you bid and buy online. Choose your preferred currency.

You will be given an initial maximum online bidding limit when you activate your account. You can request an increase at any time by contacting our customer service group. Please note that you may need to place a refundable bid deposit before bidding.

Click in the check boxes to indicate that you agree to the terms of bidding online, and then click Save. A confirmation message will appear.

You're now ready to register to bid in upcoming auctions. If this is your first time bidding online, make sure you register a few days in advance of the auction. Find out how to register.
