What are your terms of payment?
The terms of payment, while similar at all Ritchie
Bros. auctions, may vary slightly depending on local
conditions where the auction is held.
Generally, purchases under $10,000 must be paid in
full on the day of the sale. For major lots, as determined
by the Auctioneers, the purchaser shall pay as a deposit,
upon the acceptance of his bid, the greater of 25%
of the purchase price or $10,000, and the balance
of the purchase price within seven (7) days of the
auction. The buyer will be charged a 10% administrative fee on each item purchased for $2,500 or less. No
purchases shall be removed from the sale site until
the total amount owing is paid in full, including
applicable taxes.
The Terms for each sale may be viewed on that sale's
details web page, do this by selecting the sale location
from the drop-down list at the top of this page and
clicking the 'GO' button. On the page that
loads, click the 'Terms & Condition' link
(at the top of the page), the Terms of Sale will be
listed, along with other specific information about
the sale.

please contact the sale site directly or email us
